A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring a great image of Cyclops and Wolverine proceeding to help stop a possible assassination, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season one episode "Days of Future Past, Part II," which aired on March 20, 1993. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7.5"x6.5", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, including scratches, light black line fade and transfer marks around the black areas, minor paper transfer to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
